Railroad tie plate (railway base plate)  is the very important component in railway construction. Rail tie plates are used not only to support the rails, but also to fix the entire rail fastening systems. It always works together with screws or clips  by sustaining the load of a rail track and also transferring part of the load to the tie sleepers, with a flat smooth resting surface to guarantee the vertical alignment and hold the rail in correct gauge for a rail line system.

WEDO can supply rail tie plates by either casting(welded or fabricated type) or forging or rolling, applicable of different rail sections,Cast iron can be the welded or fabricated type, depending upon the requirements. Our rail tie plate can be made to suit various rail section, i.e. UIC 60, UIC 54, BS80A, BS75A, etc. for wooden, steel or concrete sleepers, depending on the load and rail standard, i.e. UIC 60, UIC 54, RN 45, 90 A, etc. Anyway,we can produce any other types of rail sole plates or tie plates according to the drawings with full sizes and other technical specifications including the processing technology.
