High speed railway turnouts with alloy steel composite frog
High speed railway turnouts are for the train speed not less than 200km/h. At present, it is very popular in domestic market with alloy steel composite crossing. Alloy steel combined frog is a new type of structure, developed after 2000. It is mainly composed of wing rail, alloy steel forg and forg-heel rail connected by high-strength bolts. Frog center is forged by high-strength alloy steel. It has the characteristics of high strength, good wear resistance and long service life. Wing rail and frog-heel rail are all made of ordinary rail, which facilitates welding with rail and is suitable for no cross-section. Slit track has been widely used in main turnout of railway in recent years.
